All of our meats are freshly cooked in our kitchen every day. Simply let us know your preferred meats and cheeses, along with the number of guests you’re serving, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our trays come complete with potato salad, pickles, and olives. We also include cole slaw, Russian dressing, mayonnaise, and mustard on the side. When you receive your tray, all that’s left to do is unwrap and enjoy.
The key difference between this tray and our sandwich tray is that your guests will assemble their own sandwiches, rather than having them pre-made by us. We provide all the ingredients, including rye bread and rolls. While guests may not stack their sandwiches as high as we do on the sandwich tray, they’ll have the flexibility to make multiple sandwiches. It’s all up to you, based on how you want your guests to enjoy the experience.
